Refund & Returns Policy — Quiet Odd Co.

We want every experience with Quiet Odd Co. to feel calm, fair and respectful.
This policy sets out your rights and our responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

All our products are printed on demand. This means each item is made especially for you and is not held in stock.

Change of Mind

Because each item is custom printed once an order is placed, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

This does not affect your rights under the ACL.

Australian Consumer Law Rights

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is faulty

  • Is not of acceptable quality

  • Does not match the description or mockups

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If the issue is considered a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
If it is a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace or refund.

Sizing Issues

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

If the product differs substantially from the size chart or is not fit for purpose, we will provide a remedy in line with ACL requirements.

If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot accept exchanges due to the custom-printed nature of our items.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description

  • A photo of the issue

We will calmly review your claim and organise a replacement or refund.

Quiet Odd Co. covers return shipping for approved issues that are our responsibility.
