All items are printed on demand.
This means each product is made especially for you once your order is placed.
Small variations in colour, placement or sizing may occur.
These variations are normal for print-to-order items.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
We may update pricing at any time.
The price at checkout is the final price you agree to pay.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved payment gateways.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian, to place an order.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items are custom printed, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

5. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images and sizing guides accurate and up to date.
If a description or image is incorrect, we will fix the issue in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.
Your order may take longer during busy periods or due to courier delays.
International orders may attract local duties or taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.
